Software development from Lower Austria

Software that makes it into production — not into a slide deck.

We build custom software, mobile apps and IT projects for companies in Austria and beyond. With ScanOrderPay we run a product of our own in live service — we build for you to the same standard.

  • Fixed price for the discovery phase
  • You own the source code
  • Development and hosting inside the EU

Our own product

ScanOrderPay — a product we built ourselves and answer for ourselves

The most honest argument for a development partner is software running under real conditions. ScanOrderPay is our ordering and point-of-sale system for hospitality, events and clubs — with its own brand, its own website and its own customers.

  • Guests order for themselves

Scan the QR code at the table, open the menu on their own phone, order. No app to install.

  • Contactless payment

Online at the point of ordering or by NFC card on the service terminal — no second device at the counter.

  • Legally compliant receipts

Signed under Austrian cash register regulation, delivered digitally by QR code instead of on a till roll.

  • Booking tool and hardware included

Manage tables, avoid double bookings — we supply tablets, terminals and the Wi-Fi.

How we work

How a project runs with us

No flying blind until the delivery date. From week two onwards you see what is being built.

  1. Intro call

    30 minutes · free

We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we say so.

  2. Discovery phase

    1–3 weeks · fixed price

Requirements, system outline, effort estimate and a binding quote. The output is yours — even if you go on to build it elsewhere.

  3. Delivery

    in two-week cycles

Every two weeks, a working version you can open and try. You steer along the way instead of being surprised at the end.

  4. Operation & growth

    ongoing or on call

Handover with documentation and source code. After that we handle maintenance and further development — or you take it in-house.

Working together

Four commitments that go into the contract

Not marketing claims on a website, but clauses you can hold us to.

  • Fixed price for the discovery phase

You know up front what planning costs. The amount is credited in full against the project when you go ahead.

  • You own the source code and the data

Full handover including repository and documentation. No lock-in, no dependency on us.

  • One named contact

You speak to the person accountable for the project — not to a ticket queue, and not to someone different each time.

  • GDPR and RKSV from day one

Hosting inside the EU, data protection designed into the system, and POS solutions built to Austrian cash register regulation.

Who is behind this

There is no anonymous team behind Infinity Code

The Infinity Code Solutions team: Christoph Gelb, Alexander Gelb and Martin Skowronski

“I would rather tell you up front what will not work than explain afterwards why it never got finished. That is why every project here starts with a paid discovery phase — after it, both sides know exactly what they are signing up for.”

Christoph GelbManaging Director, Infinity Code Solutions FlexKapG

There are three of us: Christoph Gelb runs the company and handles client contact, Alexander Gelb owns cloud architecture and operations, Martin Skowronski system design. That has one consequence that matters to you: you speak to the people who also build.

About the company

Common questions

What clients want to know before the first call

What does a software project cost with you?

It depends on scope, and no one can answer it responsibly before the discovery phase. That is exactly what it is for: you pay a fixed amount for analysis and planning, and you get a binding quote instead of a rough guess. In the intro call we give you an order of magnitude so you know whether it is worth continuing.

How long does development take?

Smaller applications are typically in use within two to four months; larger systems take correspondingly longer. We deliver in two-week cycles, which means the first usable version arrives well before the finished product.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes — that is the rule rather than the exception. We connect ERP systems, inventory management, point-of-sale, web shops and accounting software through their interfaces. Where no interface exists, we establish a realistic route during the discovery phase.

What happens if we end the engagement?

You receive the complete source code, the database and the documentation, and you can take all of it to any other provider. That is contractually guaranteed, not a matter for negotiation. We keep clients through quality, not dependency.

How large is your team?

There are three of us — management and client contact, cloud architecture, and software architecture — working with a fixed circle of specialists on larger initiatives. That has two consequences we would rather state openly: you have the same contact throughout, and we only take on projects we can genuinely carry.

Do you work with clients outside Austria?

Yes. Our focus is the Vienna and Lower Austria region, because meeting in person measurably speeds projects up. Remote collaboration across German- and English-speaking markets is well established for us.
