Service
Development capacity under your brand
You hold the client relationship, the brand and the accountability. We deliver the build and stay invisible while doing it.
Why partners bring us in
Usually it is capacity; sometimes it is a technology nobody in-house owns.
More projects than developers
Work you do not want to turn down but cannot deliver in time with your own team.
A technology outside your core
The client wants something your team does not currently use and does not want to build up for a single project.
Absorbing peaks without hiring
Booking capacity for six months is cheaper and easier to reverse than taking someone on permanently.
A project needs taking over
A developer has left or is unavailable, and the work has to continue without a gap.
How the collaboration runs
Our job is to keep the promises you made to your client — not to push our own ideas.
We stay in the background
No contact with your client without your explicit approval, no mention in our references, no exceptions.
Your standards, not ours
We work in your repository, your ticket system and your review process, and follow your code conventions.
Code that can be handed over
Traceable commits, tests where they matter, and documentation your team can continue from without us.
A named contact, not a rotating pool
You speak to the same person throughout — someone who actually knows the state of the project.
NDA before the first detail
In this model confidentiality is the foundation, not an add-on. We sign your agreement before going into substance.
Typical engagements
From single modules to the complete technical build.
Build to your specification
You supply design and specification, we build and deliver into your rhythm.
Backend behind your frontend
Your team builds the interface; we take interfaces, data model and operations.
Taking over maintenance
Ongoing care of an existing application, freeing your team for new work.
Common questions
What clients want to know before the first call
Will you appear in front of our client?
No, unless you explicitly want it. Where direct coordination makes sense, we can appear as part of your team — with your email address and under your name. The decision is entirely yours.
How do you bill?
Either time and materials at an agreed day rate, or fixed price per work package. For longer engagements we agree a fixed monthly allocation, which gives you planning certainty and lets us hold capacity for you.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on current load, typically within two to four weeks. We will tell you honestly in the intro call when capacity opens up — a date we promise and cannot keep is no use to you.
Do you work with clients in Germany?
Yes. In this model the collaboration is largely remote anyway, and working across German- and English-speaking markets is well established for us.
Four areas where we deliver
Let us talk about capacity
Tell us what is coming up and in what timeframe. We will tell you openly whether and when we can deliver.
