We use no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no social network services. That is why you will not see a cookie banner on this site.

Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party. Simply reading the site therefore transmits no data to third parties.

This website is hosted by a service provider with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

When the site is accessed, the server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, time, the address requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to ensure its stability and security.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

When you contact us we process the details you provide — depending on the route, this may include your name, company, email address, telephone number and your description of the project.

The purpose is solely to handle your enquiry and the associated steps towards a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where you have given explicit consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

To send the form message and the acknowledgement we use an email delivery service as a processor. Your details are processed there solely in order to deliver those two messages.

We delete the details once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligation applies. If the enquiry leads to an engagement, commercial and tax retention periods of up to seven years apply.

For booking intro calls we embed an external calendar service. It is deliberately not loaded automatically: only when you explicitly click the button to load it is a connection to the provider’s servers established, transmitting your IP address.

The legal basis for this embedding is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking. Without that click, no transmission takes place.

If you book an appointment, the provider processes the details you enter on our behalf for appointment management.

To protect the form against abusive automated use we employ a technical verification method. It evaluates technical details of your browser in order to distinguish whether an entry comes from a person or a program.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protection against abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where we use audience measurement, it is done entirely without cookies and without building user profiles. No data allowing individual visitors to be identified is collected.

Your data is passed on only where necessary to provide our service — for example to the processors named above — or where we are legally obliged to do so.

We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.

We update this policy whenever the processing changes — for instance because a service is added or removed. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
